Welcome to our home. We are uniquely positioned in a gated community at the eastern tip of Sunset Beach Island; our property extends from the ocean to the sound which connects with the inter-coastal waterway. The town of Sunset beach is a family oriented town with expansive soft sand beaches. The house sleeps 19 and has stunning views of the ocean or the bay from every room in the house. There are 6 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom and a powder room on each level. An elevator services all floors. All but one room has a deck directly off the bedroom to enjoy the spectacular natural beauty that abounds in this location. The kitchen has 2 full size refrigerators , two dishwashers, an ice maker as well as a 36-inch stove to make meal preparation and clean up as easy as possible. The downstairs living room spills out to a large covered deck overlooking a truly beautiful hot tub and pool. The upstairs media room has a large TV, X- box , comfortable seating as well as open up to a large deck with an outdoor pool table. The home has hardwood floor throughout and is decorated to be both beautiful and comfortably functional. There is a marina with a boat slip with electric hookups that you can use. Several of the best golf courses in the area are less than 5 miles away.
