A lovely Beach House across from the dunes above the beach, with great indoor outdoor flow. A gorgeous beach Bach offering everything you need to enjoy and relax whilst having the ultimate Kiwi Holiday at the beach.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, breakfast on the deck and relax whilst overlooking the beautiful ocean, surf and dunes on your doorstep. Smell and feel the sea breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted and Extensive sea views looking down the beach and out to Motiti, Plate, White and Whale Islands.
A lovely feeling of warmth and ambience throughout the cosy living area, creating a inviting social space for those long relaxing days. A fold out couch in the lounge for an extra couple or a child. The bedroom has a queen bed and a small desk for laptop work if you really need to.
Master bedroom with views out to the ocean and stunning views. The room is off the hall leading from the living space to the bathroom and separate toilet.
Lovely large back lawn with a few fruit trees and a grape vine! Let the kids get outside and have a picnic amongst the small orchard, then head over to the beach for some swimming, surfing or relaxing!
Come and enjoy our local establishments close by in Pukehina (5 mins drive): “The Store” for dairy, takeaways and café is only a short 2 min walk or “The Hippy Pipi” Bar and Restaurant for entertainment or a game of pool, includes liquor off-sales, a grocery store, and takeaways also can be found further up the road towards the boat ramp and surf club.
Only a 17 min drive to Te Puke, 30 mins to Mt. Maunganui and Tauranga (toll road), or 30 - 40 mins to Rotorua and Whakatane - all along excellent roads. If you need to refuel the boat, petrol station is only 5 minutes away.
Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 10am.
**No WIFI at the property, the phone signal can be a bit patchy.
