High speed WiFi and smart TV as well as Washer, dryer, and cleaning essentials for convenience. Carport, driveway, and street parking for up to 6 guests.

The pool is HEATED free of charge!
1) No parties or events allowed.
2) No smoking allowed.
3) No pets allowed on the premises.
4) No unregistered overnight guests.
5) Please respect quite times – 10 pm to 8 am (the city of Scottsdale enforces this and any violation resulting in a fine will be passed on to the guest. Fines range from $750 to $2500).
6) Please report any property damage or broken items to your host promptly. Damaged property may be billed to the guest.
7) Please do not take anything that is not your property. Missing property will be billed to the guest.
8) Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or out late without prior approval from your host will result in a fee of $50/hour.
9) No illegal activities are allowed on the property.
10) Please leave the property in a similar condition as when you arrived.
11) Always reach out to your host with questions or concerns.
12) No fires are allowed in the fireplace.
13) Pool rules are posted outside by the pool. Tampering with the pool equipment or heater will result in a $250 fine. There is no life guard on duty. Absolutely no glass near the pool.
