The 6-bedroom house has a heated pool and magnificent 180-degree water views. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the amazing perch on Ryder's Cove. Lounge in the hot tub over looking the water! The house is well equipped for your group of up to 14. The main level is comprised of the living room, dining room and kitchen, all with great water views. There are 3 bedrooms as well: the primary has a King size bed and its own updated bathroom. The other two rooms have comfy queens and share a bathroom.
The lower level offers 3 additional bedrooms with a 4th sleeping area. The first bedroom has a queen that adjoins a small room with 2 twin beds. There is an additional room with a King size bed plus there are two twin beds in the living area as well. There is an additional TV lounge down here. The lower level walks out to the yard on the water side.
The property is conveniently located about 2 miles from downtown Chatham and is a just down the shore from Ryder's Cove marina with a boat ramp.
