Summary: Check in went smooth and the lobby looked clean and inviting. Once we headed up to our room, we noticed the hall floors were very dirty. In our room, the mattresses were filthy, the bathroom door didn’t latch shut, the closet door didn’t latch shut and many of the drawers didn’t close properly. The room had an odor, especially the film over the mirror. The ac was also filthy.
