Villa Lyrida is a seaside, detached villa with a private pool and within easy walking distance (just 200 m.) to the organized Blue Flag sandy beach and all amenities of Almyrida Resort (Chania, Crete).
It’s a two-storey modern villa (100 square meters) with 4 bedrooms, a cosy kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms/wc.
The villa can accommodate 7 guests and a kid up to 3 years old. Four modern decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (150х200 and 160x200), one bedroom with twin beds (90х200) and the 4th bedroom with a single bed (90х200). A big bedroom on the ground floor has got an access to a balcony with 2 wicker chairs and a coffee table. Two bedrooms on the first floor has got their own exit to a wooden pergola covered balcony with a pool view.
The bathrooms on the ground floor and on the first floor has a shower and wc.
The living room has a big very comfortable sofa and an armchair, big flat LCD TV with satellite channels , Wi-Fi coverage. The fully-equipped new kitchen with a table are placed in an open plan area. The villa is bright thanks to many windows in all over the house.
The kitchen is equipped: electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, citrus juice maker.
The outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ station is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.
