Spacious private room with shared bathroom in an antiquated 1981's refurbished home. Rooms does not have locks and is a norm in NZ. Our home is private and safe area and is fully fenced for a child friendly environment. Proximal to bus stop, park is just across, the closest supermarket is 900 meters or a walkable dairy shop. Hosts family lives here and has a three year old toddler.
