The space
Entire, private 2nd floor in my colonial home built in 1869 with spacious bedroom - 2 people MAX (or book two bedrooms on my other listing). Walk everywhere. Locking bedroom, large closet & robe provided. Private living room with laptop-friendly bistro table, cozy chairs/throws, fridge, Keurig and snacks. Private bathroom. Enter through Host's first floor directly to the upstairs area. Outdoor patio and enclosed yard. Bocce/cornhole outdoor games. Smoking permitted outside. Quiet neighborhood.
Guest access
Enter into Host's first floor through either front or back door. Back door takes you directly up to your private 2nd floor. Combo lock for entry into home.
Other things to note
Very safe downtown neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, beach, waterfront to access in an extremely short walk. I am happy to give recommendations on all! Colt State Park (300 acres, on the water, deer) is a 5 minute drive. East Bay Bike Path goes for miles by the water, into Providence.
