- Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- If you'd like the pool to be heated, please reach out at least 48 hours prior to make payment arrangements
- Please note that propane usage will be monitored before and after each stay

You are further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the pool or spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards. There are no rails to prevent a fall into the pool. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use of the pool and spa, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings. If traveling with young children, you agree to activate the alarms on the doors that lead outside to the pool and spa area.
