Fully applianced kitchen with D/W and STUNNING views! Enjoy the outside deck on this 3rd floor property; it's space resembles that of a veranda and its views of the Webhannet River and Wells Harbor on one side and the ocean on the other are inviting your presence! The living room is sunny, sporting a pull out sofa with a mattress topper for added comfort, TV and views of the Ocean. Two bathrooms, one with a tub and the master bedroom has a stand up shower. Central A/C and ceiling fans too. This condo is wonderfully perched high enough to feel like heaven, just down the road from Wells center with its restaurants, shops and arcade...as well as nearby trolley stops to explore Ogunquit or more of Wells while riding on a classic trolley. There is also a quaint common area with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There is no doubt this fantastic condo, with Cathedral ceilings throughout, will surely delight and satisfy your beach getaway!! Public way to Wells Beach is just across from this property. Wells Beach is a flat, soft sand beach that is great for families, surfing, swimming and finding crabs and/or fishing off the jetty in the harbor. Bring your own Kayaks and launch them from the harbor, or rent one, for an unforgettable paddle!!
