Summary: The building feels old, but everything works well. Service and communication is friendly and useful. We were very pleased with the staff and the way we were treated. The room is basic, solid and in perfect working order. It's a bit dark and tends to feel stuffy, so it's important to keep the windows open for ventilation. The best about Pensión San Ignacio is the location, right at the Good Shepherd's square, within walking distance of the railway station, the Euskotren station and the old town.
