It is nearly 2100 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living/theater room, dining room, family room, kitchen, laundry with pantry and a two car attached garage. It has porcelain floor tile through the main portion of the home with laminate flooring in each bedroom and carpet in the living/theater room. The entire house has been professionally painted inside and out with beautiful contrasting colors. The yard is nearly a half acre in size. It has been professionally designed and is maintenance-free with an irrigation system for watering the outdoor vegetation. It is equipped with a heat pump for heating and cooling along with a whole house evaporation cooler which is a nice feature to control utility costs during the hot summer months. The roof has recently been re-coated with 3 applications of the highest quality white coating and the top of the line fully insulated garage door has been installed. Weed control and pest control is applied on an annual basis by the owner. The house is available as a furnished short term or long term rental with seasonal or annual renewal options. I will only consider individuals that will care for this property as though it was their own. No smoking will be allowed in the house. Utilities are included during your stay. Wireless internet is included thru T-mobile 5G Home Internet service. Antenna TV, Roku TV and Samsung Free TV streaming services are included (no cable or satellite TV). All of the televisions are smart TVs. If you have Amazon Video, Netflix or Hulu accounts etc. you will be able to stream your favorite content.
