Summary: This hotel was a 5 star in terms of service, personal concierge(amazing job Roberto),stunning location, beautiful rooms, and well thought out spaces. Rated it a bit lower for some inconsistency in food, gorgeous bath tubs that couldn’t be filled up with hot water, and a spa that wasn’t fully operational with no communication. Although the massages were top notch(Lilia and Paloma it is a bit disappointing to pay those prices and not have a spa experience.
