Welcome to our unique 2-level Penthouse condo with ocean view. Located at Miramar Beach Condos complex. Apartment #303 has a private rooftop plunge pool, bar & lounge! With 3 BR 3.5 bathrooms, with a maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Parking stall #1. If your party has more than 1 vehicle , it must be parked on the street outside of the parking lot.
It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, a short drive from Merida, and about a 5-minute drive to central Chicxulub and 12 to central Progreso.
On the ROOFTOP, you can enjoy the beautiful Ocean View, from your private plunge pool and the shaded seating area and bar. Also features a beautifully decorated wall mural.
3 LARGE BEDROOMS, 2 each with King sized beds, and the 3rd with 2 singles (that can be changed into another king with 24-hour notice). Each has a large private split bathroom. Maximum number is six registered guests. We do not allow additional visitors.

THE LIVING ROOM has two couches of which one which is L-shaped with a 55” smart TV, which is a great place to relax after a busy day of fun in the sun! Enjoy Hi Speed Wi-Fi, Netflix and You Tube. This open space has 10 ft high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that not only give access to the BALCONY but which disappears into the pocket of the wall, greatly extending the living room!
THE KITCHEN that has quality appliances which include a large fridge, electric stove top, ice machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender and an ample supply of pots, pans, dinnerware and glassware. More than what you’d need to prepare drinks, snacks, or any meal of the day. There are loads of custom cabinets and space to stock with your favorite munchies!
BREAKFAST BAR is where your friends can relax while you prepare food.
THE DINING ROOM accommodates 6 guests for sit-down meals. This can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed as there is room at the end of the table and an extension cord.

Please contact us within 24 hours of booking so we can set up your check in time. A Lock box can be available for late check-ins with permission. However, you will need to be available the next morning for a personal check-in by our property manager to show you the amenities and House Rules etc.
Your designated parking stall is #1. Please park on the street for any additional vehicles.

Although we as we are only 5 minutes from the beach, we are not in close walking distance of the amenities of Chicxulub or Progresso, so if you do not have a car, taxis are a good alternative and are very cheap. See your complimentary guest binder with phone numbers for taxi drivers and local amenities.
