CHECK IN POLICY

Check in starts at 16.00. Our manager will be waiting you at the entrance to the building/community. Please call the owner at +34669411685 at least ONE HOUR before your estimated arrival to avoid waiting.

When you arrive, please inspect the property for cleanliness. If ANYTHING is not acceptable, do not hesitate to call our manager.

CHECK OUT POLICY

The key to the property should be left on the table inside the apartment.

Before you go, please follow the steps below

-Take out all trash to the dumpster and place cans and paper products in the recycling bin.

-Place all used sheets and towels on the bathroom floor.

-Turn off lights, ceiling fans or other electronics.

-Lock the doors, close the windows. Please provide us and the property owner with your feedback filling in a short survey provided in our folder inside the apartment.

-Please depart by 11 am so we can prepare the house for our next set of guests.

- Apague las luces, los ventiladores u otros aparatos y electrodomésticos.

- Cierre las puertas con llave y cierre las ventanas. Por favor, déjenos su opinión para nosotros y para el propietario rellenando una encuesta corta que se encuentra en nuestra carpeta dentro del apartamento.

- La salida se realiza a las 11 am para que podamos preparar la casa para los siguientes huéspedes.
