Both have tremendous water, marsh, boats, and sunset views....Central air thru out, 5 T.V., quality beds and linens, large yard with wood burning fire pit surrounded with adirondack chairs, gas grills and tables overlooking the water... Just two blocks to a great sandy 7 mile beach, walk to several restaurants and lobster pound.....Pickleball courts near by, ask me for a net..Easy access into Portland (12 miles) or catch the trolley to Old Orchard and the Pier.......
