You'll quickly be greeted with donut themed décor with Providence's famous Knead Donuts - just a 3 minute walk away. The large and spacious flat caters to 1 or 2 families looking for the most comfortable and homey stay!
For most guests coming off of the highway, your GPS will have you approach the property with it being on your left. The suite is located on the corner of Smith Street and Nelson Street. Take a left onto Nelson Street and pull into the first driveway on the left. From there, enter the building from the back door (where you'll already be) - please be sure to close this door behind you. Immediately on your left, you'll see a Keyless door handle. Enter the code we sent you to gain access to your beautiful getaway!
As you enter the suite, you'll walk right into the kitchen with the master bedroom to your right and porch area to your left. Making your way through the kitchen will open up to the living room area where there's also a table with 4 chairs for dining and an added coffee table whose top can be pulled up and out to enjoy a meal while watching your favorite streaming service on the TV! Past the living room, you'll enter a hallway. The bathroom will be your first door on the left. Shortly after, you'll see the next door on the left leading to the office. Across the hall from the office is the 2nd bedroom, and at the end of the hall on the right side is the 3rd bedroom.
There's a shared coin-operated laundry unit located in the basement. To access it, exit the suite the same way you entered and directly across from you, you'll see a door that leads you down some steps to the shared basement with the rest of the tenants who live upstairs. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are located in the left cabinet under the island in the kitchen.
