With 6 bedrooms and 3 full plus 2 half bathrooms, the house sleeps 16 comfortably! The decks feature a sauna, firepit, and outdoor dining (and hot tub coming soon!). Inside is an open floor plan on the main level plus large game room downstairs. Managed by New School Hosting.
The house is in a great area in Massanutten! We are short a 3 minute drive to the slopes, pool, and dining at Massanutten, and about 7 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 20 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 25 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 20-25 minutes of the house.

Outside:
- Upper deck features a couch area with gas firepit (propane provided), and a dining set for 8. In late fall through early spring, enjoy seasonal views of the mountain ridge and ski slopes.
- Lower deck currently features a barrel sauna, and very soon also a hot tub (delayed in transit)
Main level (3 shallow steps down from driveway to enter):
- Open concept space with living, dining, and kitchen all flowing naturally together
- Living room features sectional couch, a big screen smart TV, and working gas fireplace
- Dining table seats 10- note that 2 more can dine at the kitchen island with live edge bar
- Kitchen features butcher block counters, new stainless appliances, oversized farmhouse sink, and plenty of counter / cabinet space
- Coffee station with several drip and Keurig options provided
- BR1: Primary bedroom suite with king bed, desk / workspace area, and ensuite bath with tile shower and soaker tub

- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. There is no additional cost for this.

- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.
- The driveway has space for 4 vehicles. There is an overflow parking lot available in Massanutten if needed (just 3 mins down the road).
- there is charging for electric vehicles on the premises. There is a Tesla adapter for charging.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks.
- The living room and game room feature smart TVs where you can access all the main streaming services.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with Nespresso coffee as well as the excellent Breville grind control coffee maker for whole bean coffee options
