The main floor family room has a massive sectional sofa in front of floor to ceiling windows that come equipped with remote controlled blinds which will lower and raise on their own with the sun! The Lower level living area has plenty of seating, another Smart TV with cable, and lots of entertainment options for everyone! Board games, 12' shuffleboard Table, GoldenTee arcade game, a 2person Arcade table with multiple game options on it, plus a big Poker Table and full sized beer fridge if you are so inclined :) Slider doors lead you to the back yard and covered lower patio with new trex flooring and heavy duty adirondack seating area complete with propane Fire Table to enjoy the crisp fresh air all year round!
