Summary: I dont speak Spanish so I had a hard time communicating with management and the maids. I had heat exhaustion, not because if them, but tried to get some help and they just shrugged their shoulders. I used my card for a $2.75 washing machine and it took off $10 from my card. After several tries the manager understood and told that in about 24 hours the amount taken would change to $2.75 or $3.00. She said sometimes they cgarge $3.00. No sign or anything tell the customers how it works. I was there for 3 nights. When I asked for fresh towels I was told to go to the front desk then was told to ask the maid. About 20 minutes later I did get towels. To me it was a disaster.
