This well appointed house is fabulous to relax an unwind. Whether you want to entertain with friends and family in the large lounge and expansive deck, or find a space to hide away or send the young ones. There's space to do it all. Stretch the legs and wander down the gravel path through the bush, taking time to listen to the bird life. Or relax in the inbuilt spa and watch the night sky unfold.
Have BBQs or just sit on the large sweeping deck with seaviews of Sandspit and identify the islands. The large picture window allows you to enjoy that Vista from sunrise to sunset, in winter cosy up to the gas fire.
Full kitchen to bake bread in or prepare that fabulous cake. Herbs in gardens outside to inspire the chef. Afterwards burn calories by cycling or walking or just drive to many of the nearby vineyards.
Easy reach of Matakana village for markets, movies, craft shops and other fabulous establishments in and around Matakana including cafes, restaurants and breweries. Plus the famous pottery.
Close to Omaha Beach for that romantic walk or family swim. More energetic then cycleways abound and two golf courses are within 15 minutes drive. Close to Snells beach for safe young children’s swimming and accessible tennis courts. Past Snells beach an entranceway to marvellous regional parks and fishing opportunities abound.
On a warm day Charlies icecream is close and Ravish coffee and cafe is too close! Great coffee.. The new PaknSav is 5 mins away. Plus many local produce stores close by enjoy lemons, limes, persimmons etc when in season.
