The space
Inside and out you will experience a fluid floor plan with organic curves that are hallmark to the era and style. The home has been thoughtfully updated for comfort while embracing the mid century modern feel. The home has subtle lighting features throughout that add the something special to create a custom feeling like no other. With oversized windows throughout you will have a stunning view from any room in the house. The front of the home faces North Mt and the sunrises are awe-inspiring. The back of the house is all about resort style living. From the beautiful manicured landscaping, to the pool with a beautiful water feature the property will not disappoint. **** Our pool is heated from Nov 1-April 30th at no additional charge. Water temp will vary between 83-85. ***pool equiptment is monitored, fines will be incurred if equiptment is tampered with*** Outside temps will affect the water temp. Any additional requests on temp setting or after 4/30 will incur additional charges. Note that the water feature will not run during the period that the pool heater is on to ensure the pool temperature stays level***And just when you think the beauty of the day was enough, the sun goes down and the tastefully done landscape lighting will transport you into a truly magical place. If you feel inspired, the backyard has an awesome outdoor fireplace area where you can sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you prefer to sit around a fire table instead, we have that as well. In the event you'd rather entertain yourself, go ahead and enjoy the custom putting green with 5 holes of challenges. Or how about a friendly (or competitive) game of corn hole? We have that too!

Other things to note
Our home can accommodate up to 8 -10 people (additional fees for over 6 guests). The family room has a sofa sleeper with Queen size memory foam mattress. We have an air mattress that fits perfectly between the living room sectional to add an additional sleeping area. Please note that this is the only living room so be mindful that this set up will make using this room difficult unless you plan to move the mattress after use. We are NOT a party house but we realize the need for additional bedding for larger families.
