The space
The living room area of this modern house offers a 75” smart TV with all major streaming services, ceiling-mounted surround sound speakers with Bluetooth, and a smart thermostat for your convenience and entertainment.
Outdoor security surveillance, and in-house security alarm system for your safety. Bathe in the sun or relax under the stars in the spacious well-lit backyard with a large pool & BBQ. Spend nights outdoors on our large terrace sitting on comfy patio furniture with a fire pit to keep you warm throughout the night.

Master Bedroom features a brand new modern king-sized bed, two closets with mirrors, a newly renovated bathroom, and toiletries.

Extra pillows and blankets are available to guests at all times.

We have a removable pool gate available for safety. It may be up or down depending on the last guest so if it is important to the guest, please let the host know.

- Please note that the house is located next to a busy street. During rush hours, traffic noise can be heard in the backyard.
- Please note that the pool is not heated and the pool maintenance occurs on Mondays and garden maintenance is on Saturdays.
- For insurance and security purposes, the house is equipped with security cameras. The cameras are VISIBLE. The first is located in the front on top of the garage gate, the second is by the front entry door, the third is inside the garage, the fourth is on the front west corner of the house, and the last one is located in the backyard. NO CAMERAS ARE INSIDE THE HOUSE. (no cameras in the bathrooms, sleeping areas, living room, or kitchen, which means you have complete privacy.)
