This architecturally designed 380m2 house has been exquisitely styled by an interior designer. Open plan living with glass sliding doors, opens to 42m2 BBQ deck with 8 seater table for easy entertaining. Separate TV lounge is adjacent to main living, and includes a desk for WFH. A designer kitchen with luxury appliances assists in your creation of gourmet meals or you can eat at the nearby restaurants. The rumpus room with pool table, couch and outdoor courtyard provides a separate teenage space. Cliff top deck with outdoor sofas for the ultimate sunset cocktails!
Whangaparaoa is the gateway to the upper Hauraki Gulf. Close to many regional parks and northern sandy beaches, it is the ultimate holiday spot only 30-45mins from Auckland City. Whangaparaoa means "Bay of Whales" in Maori and this is a marine playground. Orca and dolphins are frequently spotted from the house and even from the master bed! Watch gannets and gulls glide past at eye level – this is a truly spectacular place to wake up in!
The house looks out from the Manly cliff tops through a 100 year old Pohutukawa. Exquisite views out to Kawau, Little Barrier and Great Barrier (on a clear day) Islands. Watch the baby eagle rays flit around at high tide; go fishing or explore rock pools at the reef below; take the private stair access to Big Manly beach; swim to the pontoon; take a short walk to the local rope swing; laze away days at beach; watch stars at night; practice yoga or meditation on the decks; learn to sail at Manly Sailing club – the choice is yours, in this beautiful place.
Fishing: It is down the stairs to the reef at the bottom - or plenty of other spots on the peninsula
Have a boat? Manly, Swann Cove and Gulf Harbour have boat ramps to launch and you can park your boat at the top of our driveway.

Cleaning Fee (Required): As cleanliness is so important in this current environment, we have implemented a $250 standard professional clean after every departure. House must be left tidy with dishes washed. Rubbish must be removed from property Cleaning fees over and above a standard clean will be charged for.

Cancellation policy: If Government Covid-19 Level restrictions prevent you from travelling, or prevent our house from being available, a full refund will be made. This is over and above the standard cancellation policy and is at the owners discretion.
