Lovely two bedroom condo, the living area has a comfy seating arrangement with couch, loveseat and matching chair. Dining area & bar seat eight people and a deck that has breathtaking views of the water and beach. Here you can watch a spectacular sunrise or moonlight dance across the water. BBQ & outside dining is available on the deck.
Master bedroom has queen sized bed with adjoining master bathroom and deck. Second bedroom has two twin beds than can be converted to a king sized bed. There is a guest bathroom off the living room.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove top. Washer & dryer along with linens, towels, DVD's, books & games are all provided. The unit also has two single kayaks available.
There is an infinity pool overlooking the sand & sea sits on the 4th floor of the building.
Playa Blanca building is located in Buena Vista, about 3 miles north of Spa Buena Vista and 1 mile south of Los Barriles. Buena Vista is part of the original fishing village that was founded over 30 years ago. Now in addition to the old Buena Vista Hotel and Rancho Buena Vista Hotel, the front row of traditional houses has been replaced with some newer Baja homes. However you will still find the old authentic fishermen huts with palm roofs along the dirt roads near the beach.
The beach here is white and sandy. In addition to that, Buena Vista does have a couple stores and taco stands near by.
A small grocery store is only a short walk from the Condos and the drive into downtown Los Barriles takes only 5 minutes.
Transportation, fishing, car and/or ATV rental, cleaning, catering/cooking/chef, and other services are not included in rate.
