Bottom floor has two bedrooms , laundry area and a den area . Deck has two levels to view lake from . Back yard has stone path to water feature . There is steps going down to back yard that lead to Lake . Comes with a Blackstone grill on deck . Large 75" Sony smart tv on main floor in living room and a large sectional couch . Downstairs den has a 42" smart tv . Electric fireplace on main floor . Kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes , cups , baking sheets and silverware and pots and pans .
