In the heart of the small listed village of Alan, this beautiful ocher stone building is ideal for welcoming vacationers or workers for stays in the countryside. It does not offer a garden but a green area is set up around a hundred meters away, with a sports field and picnic area. Parking (free) is possible on the square 20 meters away. The owners live in the terraced house. In addition to its remarkable heritage (Palais des Evêques du Comminges, former Notre Dame de Lorette hospital), Alan offers very beautiful hiking trails. Holidaymakers can easily go to Aurignac (5km) to see its Museum of Prehistory or 10 kilometers away, to Martres-Tolosane, city of Crafts, where they can visit this pretty bastide and its numerous artisanal earthenware factories. Toulouse is only 70km away (1 hour drive). On the ground floor: entrance, independent kitchen with dining area, bar/relaxation area and dining room in continuity (the table is also a billiards table). WC under the stairs. On the 1/2 level: library and board games. On the 1st floor: small living room with convertible sofa and mezzanine bed, bedroom 1 (1 bed for 2 people in 160cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds for 1 person in 90cm which can be twinned on request), bedroom 3 (1 bed for 2 people in 140cm), large bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, washing machine.
