Down the end of a quite cul de sac is our beach house.
Just out the driveway is access to QE2 park with great walking/biking tracks and a path down to a safe swimming beach.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with queen bed and private shower room and separate toilet. Also on the same level is a large games room with a full size pool table and access to the fully fenced back lawn area. Upstairs is the main living area with another 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas with 2 tvs and a decking looking out to the ocean and park views.
We are approximately 5-10 min walking distance to the local dairy and cafes.
