The property has been completely renovated since 2016 and now includes conference/movie facilities, outdoor lounge spaces, an events area, its own jetty and a cabana. There are a wide range of activities available, including row boats, kayaking, fishing and swimming, paddle-boarding and hiking.

Catering can be provided by yourself, or be arranged with Nebalicas caterers in Warkworth who will ship it to you via Kawau Cruises. 8 bedrooms with Harbor view, private lounge room, private kitchen.
