This semi-detached house of 60 m², which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located just 500 metres from Rochelets beach, a large sandy beach accessible to all, supervised in July and August, and equipped with an area dedicated to water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.
On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen overlooking the living-dining room is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything needed for cooking. The living area has a dining space, a television, fibre Wi-Fi as well as guest access to the Netflix account. It opens onto an enclosed garden with a tiled terrace of 10 m².
