Summary: The friendly staff is managed by the English-speaking morning desk attendant, who thoughtfully put this "old guy" into a ground floor room. He also obtained a cab to the airport for me at the end of my stay. I've stayed here twice, so I can attest the rooms are clean and everything in them (TV, toilet & sink spigots, overhead fan, AC/de-humidifier/ventilator & hot water shower) work just fine. You'll not likely have a window, but the location is a mere 10 minute walk from a major beach plus the old town's Mercado (a major market with inexpensive upstairs restaurants). Nothing fancy here, but easily affordable.
