This listing is for the entire lodge and grounds, 2 bedrooms suitable for up to 4 people (5 on request) in a freestanding building with its own private driveway and gate access.
Bedroom configuration options:
- Bedroom 1 suitable for 1 or 2 guests is on ground level and is made up as a Super King or converts to 2 x single beds/twin share on request. The second bedroom upstairs is made available when extra guests are selected during your booking.
- For 3 or 4 guests. Bedroom 2 upstairs is suitable for 2 more people and is made up as a Super King or converts to 2 x single beds/twin share on request. This second bedroom is locked if only 2 people have booked and opened up for when extra guests are booked. Feel free to request this extra room later if you need to for only $50 extra per night.
The ultra large bathroom and laundry is shared on the ground level.

Drink our world class Matakana Mineral Water straight from the tap, Ph 8.9, super smooth and full of minerals. Yes that is correct the whole entire lodge is supplied straight from our very own 170 meter deep confined sandstone artesian aquifer, approved and tested regularly.
No parties or event group bookings, do not book if this is your intention as we live on the 5.5 acre property and will shut down parties or social gatherings after events immediately. This is a very special and harmonious
