The third bedroom has two single beds, there is a second bathroom both bathrooms have towels supplied, the bright living area looks out over the harbour and has comfortable seating and a smart TV, the apartment stays warm and cosy in winter with a heat pump which also cools in the summer. There are large ranch sliders which open out onto the spacious deck where you will find a dining table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers, so make the most of your holiday and head out there with a cold drink and soak up the sun and the view. Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula it is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries whether it's a pie and donut or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage there are plenty of options. Plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies awesome skatepark and kids' playground, and of course there is the Mercury Bay Museum. For the adults a trip to the Lost Springs hot pools is a great way to while away a couple of hours relaxing in tropical surrounds. If you make your way to the wharf, you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing and take a walk over to Front Beach, tour boats also leave from the wharf there are glass bottom boats which can show you around the area and stop off at Cathedral Cove Marine Reserve and watch the fish or go for a snorkel or take a cave tour. If fishing is your idea of a good time, there are plenty of Charters that can take you out. Or take a drive out to Hahei or Hot Water Beach and stop off in Cooks Beach along the way there are wineries and breweries to stop off at to stretch the legs!
