Valid Passport ID must be present upon check-in. The property will take a copy of your photo ID. Failure to present this will result in the guest being unable to check-in, and a cancellation fee equal to the first night's charge.
Guests arriving prior to 2.00pm are informed that early check-in is entirely dependent on the room status on the day itself. If their room is not yet ready, guests can store their luggage in the storage room while they wait.
