Summary: The room felt neglected because every time we left the room there was a cart in the hallway but never once saw a cleaning lady! Seamed like they did as little as they could to clean room & to finish fast! Manager tried lying to us & said the room was only required one of the services of light cleaning! Come on after paying $560 I think I should have also gotten my sheets changed & bed made!
