Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Heart of Mangawhai Village, this sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been beautifully renovated and provides fantastic living areas both inside and out. There is a covered outdoor deck and a large flat backyard for the kids to run around or play games. A heat pump in the living area and main bedroom helps to ensure your comfort all year round.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen flows out onto a large deck with a covered area and plenty of seating options. On hotter days there is a table in the shade of the large tree in the backyard which provides a nice cool oasis. Watch the kids run around on the backyard with a cool drink in hand while you cook a storm on the BBQ.
For entertainment there is Unlimited Wifi, Smart TVs, Sky Basic, Movies and Sport (just bring your own logins for apps like Netflix, Prime and Disney) and Board Games so you are well covered whatever the weather.
Enjoy the proximity to Mangawhai Village and all it has to offer. Bennetts is just across the main road for your morning coffee fix and enjoy a gentle stroll to the weekend markets, restaurants, takeaways, butchers and more. In the evening the Tavern is a great spot for a drink or to listen to one of the many bands/musicians that play and it is only a 10 minute walk away. And if you fancy a cool off, stroll down to the estuary for a dip.
The local region has some great beaches, with Mangawhai Surf Beach and Estuary (10 minutes), Te Arai (15 minutes) and Langs Beach (20 minutes) all a short drive away.
