Accessible by a 500m road, this gîte is located in the heart of a 12 hectare property including a forest, a waterfall, 1 private fishing pond (trout). On site, you can observe the mountain flora and fauna (mouflon, chamois and deer bellowing). You can also indulge in hiking (GR400), cross-country skiing (tracks on the property) and mushroom picking.
This house has a large open plot of land with a private heated swimming pool (open from June 8 to September 21, 2024, salt treatment), a furnished pétanque court and a terrace with garden furniture. On the ground floor, large living room including an integrated kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with fireplace (free wood), flat screen TV, separate WC and laundry room. On the 1st floor, living room with flat screen TV with Canal + and breathtaking view of the valley, mezzanine, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom with WC.
