There is an AC unit only in the guest bedroom for comfort while sleeping as the common areas tend to heat up due to the summer weather. Only stays of 5 days and longer are granted full access to the main fridge and cabinets to store groceries. Meaning the permission to place, use, and discard items of their belonging. Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen area as it is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils . In contrast, short term stays are restricted of access to the main refrigerator as there is a mini fridge located in the guest bedroom but still have permission to utilize the kitchen area to prep meals. Additional Rules: 1) Please remove your shoes at the door, I do not allow outside shoes inside the house. 2)Please remember to lock all unit doors when entering and exiting the premises. 3)Please place all dirty dishes properly in the sink as I will wash them all. 4)No feet on my living room furniture and absolutely no eating in my living room 5)If this is a party with children traveling along please be attentive of your children so no damages are done to my property 6)Please be aware that there is a security camera in place to monitor the guest entrance incase this does not meet your privacy requirements 7)DO NOT KNOCK ON MY BEDROOM DOOR
