This fourth floor, completely renovated 2/2 condo has a lot to offer. The building is situated on the intracoastal and just across from the beach allowing the unit to have a beautiful water view from every room. Sunrises are best seen from the spacious lanai over the intracoastal water and sunsets can be viewed from the kitchen and guest bedroom. Sunrise Haven has a beautiful kitchen that is fully stocked with everything that you will need including a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a huge king bed and a desk facing out to the water so you can enjoy the view while you work remotely if needed. The master bathroom is nicely updated with a walk-in shower and gold hardware. The guest suite has views of the Gulf and has a queen bed, as well as a twin daybed with trundle, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep six people. The guest bathroom has been updated with modern black hardware and walk-in shower. There is a nice sized dining room to enjoy your meals at or you can dine on the lanai at the four-person table. The living room offers a big screen tv with cable and many comfortable seats to lounge in. The unit comes with beach gear and two beach cruiser bikes for you to use as well.
The building is beautifully maintained and offers a secured lobby entrance, elevators, heated pool, hot tub, picnic tables by the intracoastal, a boat dock with first come, first serve slips, one reserved and covered parking spot, and plenty of guest parking. It is directly next to the cross walk over to the beach and the walk is about 3 minutes long. There is a wonderful restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance.
