On the ground floor of the main house, you'll find an entrance with storage space, a laundry area (washing machine and dryer), and a large living area featuring a cozy lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a dining room that opens onto the south-facing rear terrace, where the swimming pool is located. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms (160 cm bed), each with its own en-suite shower room and storage space.
An independent guest house, accessible via the terrace, completes the villa, offering an additional double bedroom with a shower room and WC—perfect for hosting family or friends in complete privacy.
