The host will be in direct contact with the guests to ensure their most enjoyable stay in the beautiful Cottonwoods Height area.
Prior to checking in the guests will receive instructions on how to access the property. As part of the check-in process, guest will be asked to sign a monthly lease, acknowledgment of staying at a pet and smoke free house and also understanding that the house is not child or baby-proof.
