Positive: The location, kitchen equipment and rear outdoor space

Negative: The overall unloved and unmaintained appearance of the property inside and out. Gardens look nothing like the images on line - either overgrown, weeds or dead plants. Carpet feels damp in lower bedroom areas. Gas BBQ has a knob that doesnt turn off ! Heaps of leaf litter in the outdoor area.

Summary: Satisfactory but over priced.
