The home is well suited for zooming/working from home etc and has enhanced Cablevision Wifi (which allowed 5 simultaneous zoom calls during the entire pandemic experience)
Enjoy this beautifully furniture 5 bedroom, each bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, with 2 luxurious principal suites including one on the 1st floor, perfect for visiting grandparents or 2 families. Complete with spacious backyard, gunite SALT WATER/heated pool (which we generally close after Labor Day but can keep open if you like) outdoor shower, large and airy living room, perfect for families and complete convenience -- walk to famous bagel shop, fruit stands, fresh fish store, wine store and amazing bakery (Levains, Breadzilla) and others and in the middle of BH and SH (close to popular kid's camps and great restaurants and shopping).
This home is lovely for families to relax and connect by lounging by the pool, kicking a soccer ball in the backyard, barbecuing on the back deck and feasting on dinner outside on the teak dinning table that seats 10+ (also extra tables and chairs for use) as well as additional seating.
There are several comfortable nooks in the home, to read a book or spend quite time and places for the family to get together for board games (we have an extra modern table that seats 8 that can be used as a second dining room table, or for board game or to play legos). 2nd floor den area with TV and comfortable couches as well as proper 1st floor large living room.
* Post Covid Update: We have a desk set up in 2 bedrooms (which we have used as complete offices -- even with nice zoom backgrounds of books/flowers), and several zoom areas for the kids.
Wifi works great throughout the house. The saltwater pool is great, especially if you plan to be in often!
Our house is located 1mile to Beach Lane beach in beautiful Wainscott. You will bike past farms and farm stands as you enter this fantastic quite beach. You can walk .5 miles to Georgica Pond for fantastic views and crabbing (fun to see, but you need a license to catch and keep anything!). Surf Shop offers moonlite paddle boarding and kayaking trips to see the natural beauty, as well as rents equipment throughout and provides lessons. Or a few miles to East Hampton Main Beach (where you can buy daily beach passes and they have a lovely cafe and showers).
We are close to many great Hampton camps (I would be happy to review some based on kids age/interest) and amazing restaurants and bars.
