It is situated opposite La Concha beach, in a commercial and leisure area of the city, just 1 minute away walking from the Old Town. Besides, as it is located next door to the apartment Eder 2, it is perfect for those who travel with friends.
The apartment Eder 1 is a perfectly equipped accommodation located on the first floor of a building with a lift. The main day-time area is made up of a spacious open plan lounge-dining room and a modern kitchenette. From the large windows in the lounge, we can enjoy amazing side views of Alderdi-Eder Park and La Concha Bay. Also in the lounge, there is a comfortable sofa-bed, a large flat-screen TV set and a DVD and CD players. Located between the lounge and the modern kitchenette there is a table and chairs, where you and your party will be able to enjoy delicious meals before going to the beach or to the Old Town to have a good time.
