Located on the 1st floor and accessible by staircase, the accommodation is made up as follows:
First level:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a lounge area featuring a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
- Bathroom with bath, double washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- Separate WC
Second level:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with storage and blackout curtains.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds with wardrobe and blackout curtains.
Outside:
- A 6 m² balcony, south-east facing with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a nice meal in the sun!
Communal areas:
The residence has a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, open from April to the end of October.
The pool is open from 9.30am to 7.45pm during school holidays and from 9.30am to 6.45pm the rest of the year. These times are indicative and subject to change.
The wellness areas are shared by all residents.
Each stay includes one sauna session per person.
Access to the sauna in the swimming pool area is available on request and at an additional cost from reception.
A secure outdoor parking space is also available.
