You can expect a spacious living and dining area with a view of the canal, a beautiful open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a poker/games room as well as a two-car garage, a solar-heated pool with screen and a jetty. The villa is fully equipped and offers you all the classic amenities as well as a large American barbecue, 4 bicycles, 3 sun loungers, 3 sun chairs, 3 TVs with Amazon FireTV sticks and free WiFi.
You have access to the “Shamrock Lakes” via the canal, there is a bakery 200 m from the house on the same side of the street and there are various shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
