Welcome to our luxurious penthouse with amazing sea view in BellaVista Hills II in Calahonda (Marbella).
Are you looking for a spacious luxurious brand new penthouse with an amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea in between Marbella and Malaga?
Our fully renovated penthouse is centrally located between Malaga and Marbella and is located in upper Calahonda, which assures you an amazing view over Calahonda and the Mediterranean sea.
This is our private penthouse and we will personally welcome you at the penthouse with welcome drinks. We are available for you during your stay for any assistance and are fully licensed.
Two bedrooms and the living room have an incredible sea view! Around the penthouse there is a wide balcony with two cabanas and there is an amazing roof terrace! The third bedroom has views to the side.
All the 3 large bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, all with bathtubs and rain showers, toilet and bidet. The master bathroom has a separate shower as well. Furthermore there is a large dressing room connected to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the two other bedrooms have large (90x200) single beds which we can connect as a double bed. All beds are new boxsprings. We supply you with the bedlinen and towels. Also we supply complimentary shower gel and shampoo, tissues and toilet paper.
The fully equipped kitchen has an American fridge, induction cooking plate, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Also there is a washing machine with a built-in dryer. There is a Nespresso machine, a juicer, toaster and water kettle available. Also we provide the basic herbs and olive oil, cleaning products, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, etc.
The bright living room has a comfortable sofa. Aside the dining set for 6, there is HD Television with 195 channels including the main channels in the UK, France and Germany (also complementary Netflix is available for you). Also there is a sound docking station and fiber (high speed) Wifi connection (throughout the entire property) available for you.
All rooms are equipped with a central air conditioning and heating system. Finally a hair dryer and iron set are available for you.
Outside there is an amazing balcony and roof terrace, equipped with sun beds, a bar, a lounge set and dinning set and a BBQ. Also there is an outside shower. There are two pools within the community with sun beds and umbrellas and there is a parking space in the garage. The elevator will bring you to the penthouse.
Within the community you will find 2 pools with sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
Calahonda is one of the view cities within the Costa del Sol which has a 24 hours security monitoring all entrance roads. Aside that the community is gated, so you can expect a very secure stay.
We highly recommend renting a car! We do allow (small) pets for free under the condition that you leave the apartment "hair free". In case extra cleaning is needed, we will charge € 40 extra cleaning costs.
We are flexible with the checkin and checkout time, except in case we have a same day checkin- and out. In that case the guaranteed checkin time is 16:00/ 4PM and the latest checkout time is 11:00/ 11 AM. Before your arrival we will be in contact with you about the checkin arrangements.
In case this penthouse is not available I recommend you to check my profile, since we own a similar penthouse in the same community.
Also we have a baby crib and high chair available for € 20 per stay as well as beach towels € 5 per person per stay. These will be complementary for bookings over € 1.000.
The location of the penthouse is at upper Calahonda, which is close to the AP-7 (the toll road), which in summer time is an ideal way to avoid the busy main road. It is highly recommended to rent a car. In upper Calahonda you will find 3 restaurants and a bar on walking distance. The nearest beaches and grocery stores are on just a 5 minutes drive, Malaga Airport 25 minutes and Marbella 20 minutes.
Calahonda is centrally located in between Malaga and Marbella. The city of Malaga is beautiful with its historical old town and very glamorous Calle Larios with trendy shops and boutiques also the Picasso Museum. The picturesque Mountain Village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is just 15 minutes drive. You can also easily visit the elegant port of Puerto Banus and Marbella and travel further on to Gibraltar. You can also visit Morocco. North Africa. Or travel to Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda with a few hours drive.
The centre of Calahonda has hundred of bars, cafes and restaurants. There are many international restaurants. There is a wide selection of shops.
You can also visit Tivoli World, the children's theme park which is situated in Arroyo de la Miel. Fuengirola Zoo is nearby and the marine wildlife park. Located a couple of kilometres along the road is Puerto Cabopino, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa del Sol and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the Coasts most popular restaurants, such as Alberts and Giuseppes Pizzeria, are located here. Close by are the natural sand dunes at Cabopino, if you are looking for a beach resort with more facilities, then head in either direction, left or right and you will come to one of the popular destinations of Fuengirola (to the left) and Marbella (to the right), where you have great beaches and leisure facilities galore. There is a large choice of Golf Courses in the Calahonda area.
Calahonda enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer.
