Sited on a private paddock with private access in Mosgiel just 20 mins from central CBD Dunedin, this home is perfect for a unique getaway and to experience Tiny Home living at its premium. Ideal for a couple, TINY has a full functioning bathroom and kitchen and outdoor deck with bbq within a rural setting TINY is a double storey home, and requires able body persons to access the bedrooms. If you are taller than 5 foot you need to duck your head in the bedrooms only. Downstairs is very spacious for a TINY home and has a full size kitchen, shower & toilet room. There is a separate access with a sign marked TINY as your own entrance which is fully private from our home. Plenty of parking with 2 steps to access the deck. We live next door to the property and are available to assist with anything you need We are a 20 minute flat walk to the local village of Mosgiel. This is a community that hosts supermarkets/chemists/bottle stores/cafes/library and gift stores and any other essential service you need. It is also a 15 minute walk to the Invermay Research Campus Mosgiel is flat and has ample parking within the community on the Main Street The Tiny House isn't suitable for small children due to the stairs not being gated off and the property not securely fenced.
