The Space:
The main residence features a large open plan living/dining area with a wood fire, chefs kitchen, outdoor lounge (also with fireplace) and three spacious bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms. All the rooms open to well thought out outdoor areas and stunning views. The guest house, located 20 metres from the main house, is a light filled, loft-style accommodation with a king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, lounge area with fireplace and outdoor bath.
Have a walk through the olive grove and vineyard, enjoy the harvest from the large kitchen garden, find fresh eggs in the hen house, tramp through an acre of native bush with several 1000 year old Puriri trees or picnic in the shade of huge Pohutukawas overlooking the neighbouring vineyards. This stunning lifestyle property shares boundaries with several award winning vineyards and restaurants including Miro/Casita Miro, Stonyridge, Te Motu and Obsidian…making spectacular wine and food a short stroll away. A 10-minute walk down the hill leads to picturesque Onetangi beach with it’s 2.5 kilometres of white sand and a further 10-minutes down the beach leads to the local pub.

Please note: A $400 fee for exit cleaning and premium linen hire applies to each booking. Minimum stays: 7 nights Christmas to mid January and 5 nights at all other times. Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
