The perfect location to unwind and relax in this quiet little neighborhood on the shores of Lake Champlain. **Our cottage water source is from the lake for plumbing, shower, washing dishes, but NOT for drinking or cooking.** We have a water/bubbler dispenser that has both hot and cold options. Our cottage **DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITION ING**. We have ceiling fans and also provide several fans for warmer temperatures if needed.
